Upon arrival at Incheon int’l airport & meet our guide – Transfer to DMZ tour.
DMZ Tour 1st Visit to the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, Dorasan Observatory, Dorasan Station,
Platform, Imjingak & Bridge of Freedom where students will be briefed during their coach trip to
Imjin Gak Our tour guide will describe various points of interest along the way. After crossing the
Unification Bridge we will arrive at Camp Bonifas. We will proceed for a slideshow and briefing at Camp
Bonifas and walking tour of JSA, while at Imjin Gak you can look around and view the memorial at
Mangbaedan, Freedom Bridge, and Imjin River Station.

Dinner at local restaurant (Beef/chicken Stew)

Student will go for a Seoul city tour, We proceed to Seoul city tour including Kyongbok Palace. From the King’s official residence to a old Government- General building during the Japanese occupation, Kyongbok Palace is considered the symbol of the Korean nation and the center of Seoul. After which we will continue to the National Folklore Museum where students will walk into a pagoda style building set atop a modern structure, displays dioramas of everyday life in Korea from the prehistoric era through the Choson Dynasty. Proceed to stop at Cheong Wa Dae, the Blue House for some photo-taking. The street in front of the Blue House has been open to the public since President Kim Yong Sam was inaugurated in 1993.

Proceed to for a Korean cultural workshop – Korean kimchi making and wearing of hanbok.
Afternoon visit Namdaemoon Market and Myeongdong Shopping Street .

1)Please be reminded to go sign up for the trip by 31st may in the bandroom especially tubas and euphos! (we got 11 trombones lei! like so imbalance!)
2)Those who are confirm going for the trip please bring $200 starting next week! the collection of money will end by 16 JUNE.
3)Those who has financial difficulties, you can use your PSEA to pay. (i think inside got alot money. haha)
4)Rough estimation for the trip is $1400+ which has already deduct the 20% subsidy from school. Additional subsidy may be present if there is available. (already consider cheap for korea!)
5)Meals, accommodation are included in the cost. More details will be provided in later stage!
6)We need T-SHIRT design for the trip! pls come out with some designs so that we can have one shirt for the trip! (isnt it so cool!) Those with designs already please give it to zachary or clara. MORE DESIGNS PLEASE!!
